The Barre Lions 10TH Annual Disc Golf Community Challenge

June 11th, 2024 at The Quarries Disc Golf 44 Brook Street, Websterville, VT Located within the Town of Barre Forest  

The Barre Lions would like to challenge you to form a team of 5 to come out and play a game of disc golf.  We will be playing at The Quarries Disc Golf Course.  Your team will play one round of 18 hole disc golf.  Prizes will be awarded. There will be a free BBQ for team members after the game.

Each team is made up of 5 people. SPACE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 18 TEAMS

1. Each team needs to pay a registration fee
   Fees must be paid in advance by May 1, 2024
   Makes Checks payable to The Barre Lions and return to
   Stacy Cadorette P.O. Box 125 Barre, VT 05641with your team information forms.

2. All players must fill out a player’s information and sign the release form. This can be done the day of the event.

3. Each team should register the day of the event between 5:00pm – 5:30pm.  Players meeting start at 5:30 with a shot gun start at 6:00pm SHARP.

4. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Last Place team will be award a joke prize.

5. The winning team's name will be engraved on the plaque located at the Entrance of the Disc Golf  Course!

6. Other prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

   Men/Ladies - Longest Drive	Men/Ladies - closest to the pin
   Men/Ladies - Closest to the line	Men/Ladies- closest to the tee
